Hayley Brass is a degree qualified Naturopath and is registered with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association Australia (NHAA).
When she was 18, she developed eczema all over her legs, hands and face. Through her studies and with the help of an experienced naturopath, she managed to identify the underlying causes of my eczema using pathology testing, and went on a journey to heal her leaky gut and support her nervous system.
She has a special interest in treating:
- Hormonal conditions: PMS, irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, preconception care and fertility.
- Digestive health: irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, diarrhoea, SIBO, dysbiosis, leaky gut or intestinal permeability, food intolerances and bacterial or parasitic infections.
- Skin: eczema, acne and psoriasis.
- Nervous system: anxiety and low mood.
As a naturopath, she will work with you to address the underlying causes of your health conditions, often recommending pathology testing to pinpoint contributing factors and fine tune treatment. We will also review your diet, lifestyle and stress levels, with treatments often including dietary modification, lifestyle changes and herbal or nutritional supplements to correct deficiencies or treat disease. The beauty of naturopathy is its focus on treating everyone as an individual.
Hayley can see patients via appointment at Burleigh on Wednesdays or Fridays. Hayley also works in our Burleigh store and is happy to help with any general health enquiries.
