Change up your breakfast routine with Johnno’s nutritious breakfast shake ????

  • Milk of your choice 500ml (we like Almond)
  • Balance 100% Whey 30g

OR

  • Prana Power Plant 30g (Vegan option)
  • Nutraorganics Super Greens and Reds 2 tsp
  • Maca Powder 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tbl

Blend well and enjoy!

Add some frozen berries, Acai or Vitamin C powder to change it up or even some turmeric if you are looking for an anti-inflammatory
